                             SEASON 3

            ACTIVE SCHOOL RECRUITING

Listed below are the schools who have already activated their recruiting process. You will be able to see what each schools interest are and what each school is looking for to improve their individual programs for season 3. A schools interest has a lot to do with that schools athletic program and each head coach will be looking to match a perpective prospect with his offense and defensive system. Each head coach will be looking to make sure that new prospects fit into the offensive and defensive schemes that he is running.

 

Some programs may elect to pre-screen a prospect by inviting a prospect to a early school private visit to access the skill of an athlete prior to the senior game and the Open FAT8 Athlete Combines. Pre-screening an athlete will cost 2 scholarship slots so each school will have to be careful. The advantage however, in pre-screening is that it can often allow you to get the jump on other competing schools.

ACTIVATED RECRUITING PROGRAMS

 

1. North Carolina Central- Has Activated their off-season recruiting program.

School Interest: QB: 2

                    Interested in a balanced QB that can run and pass effectively. QB must be a leader and must be able to start and play under pressure.

 

2. Notre Dame- Has Activated their off-season recruiting program.

School Interest: RB: 2 "Must have good 40 time and must be able to read blocks well"

                    WR: 3 "Would like possesion WR's with ability to get open. Break away    speed is a plus.

                     DT: 2 "Looking for power at this position"

                     CB: 2 "Looking for Cover corners with the speed to attack the deep threat WR's."

 

3. Michigan- Has Activated their off-season recruiting program.

School Interest:  QB:2  "Looking for QB's with great pocket presence. Ability to complete passes in traffic and make sound plays."

                     RB: 2 "Must have great 40 time and ability to break tackles.

                     TE: 2 "Looking for balanced TE's. Ability to catch is a plus."

                     OL: 4 "Must be able to maintain good blocking posture.

 

4. South Carolina State- Has Activated their off-Season Recruiting Program.

School Interest: QB: 1  "Must be balanced in pass and running skill." "Must maintain a good 40yd dash time. Must be able to pass under pressure."

                    WR: 3 "Must be able to get open and have good speed". Must have a fast 40yd dash time. Must be able to make catches in traffic. "Must be able to start right away."

                     RB: 1 "Must be fast and agile" "Must have fast 40yd time". Ability to break tackles is plus but we are more interested in speed.

                     SS: 1  "Must have good strength and tackleing ability" Average speed is ok. Must be able to cover WR in M2M coverage.

                            c: 1   "Must have good strength"

                    DT: 2  " Must have good strength and tackleing ability." "Must have a average 40yd time."

 

 

5. Texas San Antonio- Has Activated their off-Season Recruiting Program.

School Interest: QB: 2 "Must have good pocket presence and must be able to complete passes in traffic." We are looking for play makers at this position".

                    RB: 2 "Versitility is key here. We are looking for a running back with both speed and the abiltiy to run routes and catch passes.

                    WR: 3 "We are a passing team. Possession is important to us. Dropped passes are unexceptable. We'll say no more on this."

                     OL: 4 "This is the main staple of our team. We need power and great blocking ability."

                     DE: 2 "Containment was one of our issues last year. We are looking for speed at this position.

                     CB: 2 "We need cover corners at this position." Ability to cover is a must".
